About this experience

With origins dating back to antiquity, street food is one of the oldest ways of eating in Italy. Long before today's fancy Michelin star restaurants, there were street vendors in cities all over the peninsula who created many of Italy's most iconic dishes - pizza napoletana, Sicilian arancine and porchetta to name just a few!

More than just delicious snacks, these dishes often played an important part in local history and are as varied as the cuisine of Italy itself.

Join us for a fun, informative, hands-on class where we'll make some of our favourite Italian street foods together and learn more about the fascinating history of these dishes!
